In its 2020 State of Remote Work report, Buffer Inc. surveyed 3500 remote workers, 98% of whom stated they would like to work remotely, at least some of the time, for the rest of their careers. 1

Mo, like many leaders at T, lots of talking and self promotion, not much listening or anything else. These must the traits they look for succession planing, can’t clone them fast enough.

Mo is that executive who on one of the town halls a year or so ago where the executive team all had Cowboy jerseys on, had a blazer over his to hide the tags so he could return it. He is fake.
Then they also proceeded to show vacation photos of their international vacations assuming we all could afford to go on one and we should share ours.

Mo Katibeh knows nothing. Promoted to his role to fill the minority quota. What a joke

This one started a couple week ago and is okay. Basically they are offering the fiber ASE product to residential locations since there are budget caps now in place to try it where appropriate and reject the expensive stuff. Good PR and an okay excuse to extend the fiber network. Just hope people call for those fiber loops / splices to try to pick up the next customer without wrecking the single duct in the neighborhood with overrides.

They spent millions on collaboration centers and forced people to go into a collaboration zone or lose their job when people we already productive from home. Several good workers lost their job when they did not move.

Good luck with that. Imagine being told for years to upgrade the plant and focus on fiber to compete in a ever growing demand for real high bandwidth and instead you spend billions on wanting to be a Hollywood big shot and it blows up in your face and act surprised about it. You can’t even blame this on the pandemic because the need for speed was always going to be there. Enjoy that enterprise copper c-ap fttn or ipco.
