Useless poll, since it will be 100% hit and miss. A small percentage of employees visit this site and an even smaller percentage post.
And the post will eventually fall down the list so far no one sees it anymore.
Posting experiences with being layed off, so we know what to expect, would be useful.
Posting resources to help people through a period of unemployment would be useful.
I have been reading this post with some interest because I too wanted to see who is getting and when just so I can sense when this happening . My name is John incidentally. But I am very disgusted by my namesake asking for this forum just to win a bet . Shame on you, John (the bad one).
OMG! Some of you need grow up.
I dont see how this is nay different from any of the other posts and do not find it offensive at all. OP i s asking if anyone has been laid off and what areas. Nothing wrong with that considering this is a layoff site.
People must be having a slow weekend 😂.
Great, informative thread!
Getting a sense of the geographical locations, ages, etc. of those displaced IS relevant. Patterns matter during layoffs (for legal reasons).
Silence, in times like these, is the problem. For all we know, YOU could be a WF exec or ER staff person trying to discourage information sharing, in typical WF fashion.
If you don't want to read the results, then simply move along.
- s. No Admin is going to delete an innocuous post like this. Geez, Karen... chill out.
Bravo ! The only people who are interested in how many and not who are the detractors of Wells Fargo. Such people need to be banished . So it is for this post . Admin: please delete this post .
Troll or not this board will be flooded with posts about who what when where once the layoffs begin. Silly to even need to ask. Isn’t that they entire point of this website?
Agreed. This seems along the same lines as earlier posts regarding people guessing how many employees will be laid off. The idea isn’t bad in that it will keep people informed once the layoffs begin.
Having said that, obviously people have the choice as whether to post or not post.
It’s difficult to tell who the trolls really are. Could be an original poster. Could be people bullying an original poster.
If I don’t like the vibe - my choice is to stop reading it, not acknowledge it, forget it and move on.
Why do you assume OP is a troll?
I, for one, am interested to see the results.
Thanks 1zns for warning us. This is a mole in our midst for sure
This post is a troll . What an id–t to post a scorecard !
I say boycott this post. This is not a WF employee but an ex- employee who rejoices at the misfortunes of his or her former colleagues . Bye friend .. go to your new employers in Morgan Stanley.
