This place reminds me of Office Space these days. It didn't used to.
This commenter seems to think they will still be there after all of the layoffs and they will probably not be.

It is NOT motivating to be informed of massive, impending layoffs. There is some much lack of trust now.

I hear you. I feel the same way. Most of the time when the executives (I refuse to call them leaders) post bad news, like Charlie did yesterday they still try to reassure the employees. But no, not Mr. Hire My Buddies from JMPC Scharf. I will do the work they pay me for, but there is no more than that right now. They get nothing extra from me until they get off their a– and share a plan.
