With Covid-19, location is irrelevant, but when times return to normal will NYC/Charlotte be the main hubs? Massive layoffs are coming, is that with geographical consolidation too?

Yeah, we missed that window months ago.
We are never going back to normal.
The world has changed, it will continue to change.
Plan for a new way of doing things and you'll be fine.
Location is a big factor. Get jobs to a few key hubs.
