Anyone know yet how the new iPhone launch will be like this year? Curbside pickup only ? One customer per rep in store ? No iPhone launch ? Wonder how it’s going to turn out this year with out new commission scrupture and this whole apedimic going on ? I wonder if overtime will be approved ? What about those part time reps ? iPhone launch is around the corner, and I’m still wfh, they are telling me I should be back sept.

Who cares! With the new scheduling system and the Team commission structure, no rep should care, take the day off,its a day for bad surveys anyway. Now the interesting scenario will be all those upgrafes coming in ,how is management going to act because upgrades don't count toward Team Commission, you can't get pull through and Tmp on everyone and this a day that's known for bad ard ratio. All during a pandemic with yellow hazard tape up! I hope the company supplies enough spray bottles for everyone!
Apple launch special died 4 years ago lol. No one lines up or even rushes the stores

There's no such thing as a "launch" anymore. Apple is whatever. No one cares, we should just encourage customers to go to .com, I rather not deal with customers at the store. COVID-19 is no joke and my health is not either.

First off iPhone launch over the past few years has not been much of an event. Last year not even special hours. Apple has lost any type of innovation. Same old same old..
