Shareholder lawsuits

I’m on PTO today and just looked up WFC on Yahoo Finance, happened to scroll down and noticed all the lawsuits pending against the firm. Not really surprised by that but it is striking if you want to take a look.

Here’s my question: There was a large shareholder lawsuit 3 or 4 years ago where WFC was sued for withholding non-public information about the problems with cross-selling fraud. I remember getting an email at work saying that employees would be automatically included in that lawsuit for our 401K stock, we would not have to each file individually.

Am I remembering that correctly? Whatever happened after that? Any feedback would be appreciated.
