We send that to everyone to prevent any internal law suits against covid19. It's to prove were protecting our employees. You think we want to spend that money:(

Bet they could have retained the salary of at least 2 people for the cost they laid out to send hand sanitizer and masks to everyone.

I swear executive management must think we all live under rocks and that without them we would be clueless as to what’s going on in the world.

Got the same email that another person mentioned. I confirmed with my manager today that additional layoffs are coming. It's the usual process of management being asked to rank their people and determine who they must keep and who they would let go if push comes to shove. Apparently the pandemic is hurting the cost savings from this merger nightmare that all employees wished had never happened.

Got an email this morning from HR about "teammates losing truist positions" and encouraging hiring managers to consider hiring teammates who have been part of a reduction in force. I've heard it consumer NCFP BURM is getting hit with reduction in force, and I've been asked to assess who in risk is non essential.
