Has Corporate Risk moved to a 5-hub city model? Previously there were 12 cities, but now I understand there will be just 5 – and only one of them (Phoenix) is West of the Mississippi.
Clearly, new hires must be in a hub city per Mandy, but what about promotions? Must a person be located in a hub city to get a promotion?
Wells is going to lose a lot of talent with these policy changes.
I put an eyeroll in my post just before this one (regarding Mandy's comment that nothing is known at this point), but it didn't come through.
Here are the five hub cities I heard for Corporate Risk:

The list of five that I heard for Corporate Risk doesn't include Denver. Which will be interesting because there are a lot of Risk folks there.
Raleigh was another hot spot for tech job postings, showing a 45% increase in postings for the first quarter of 2020 compared to 2019. Raleigh was one of the only cities in the study that stayed flat or saw increases in job postings in April and May.
Companies like Wells Fargo, IBM, and Deloitte have been hiring at high levels in the city, with positions like DevOps engineer, computer programmer, and database administrator seeing the most interest.

Depends on the group, I think. In technology, Charlotte is no longer on the list for North Carolina. But Winston-Salem & Raleigh are. Nothing in San Fran either, and I am hearing that Chandler may be coming off the list. It is crazy...

Shameful that no CA locations are on the list of hubs.
There are 12 overall hubs that will remain. It doesn't mean that all LOBs will have a presence in each one, but those are the ones to choose from.
