Start unloading assets and pay down debt.

List services you can turn off immediately.

Learn a hobby to keep your mind active.

There are changes to america you cant fix except by voting.

You are competing for jobs on a global scale and there are those in india (EGS) who earn 30000usd per year and they are happy to make that and take your job.

I heard Fed is now going to start seizing parts of failing companies due to have to bail them out this time and also in 2008.

Terrible that people have to constantly work under the threat of layoffs. I know from experience that fear doesn’t bring out the best in people. Some try hard to prove their worth, but unfortunately more seem to fall back on backstabbing and s—ing up.

Others become physically ill from the stress. Best of luck to everyone here. This too shall pass.
