Would love to know the details behind an exec leaving and announcement within less than two weeks of their departure.

God help Citi. Yet another hands off ideologue with no merit and no accomplishments running a large bank division. I give it 2-years max.
I totally forgot about the new “Head of Operations”, that announcement brought a lot of BNY people to this board to warn.
Another fake high paid job for a friend.
It’s difficult to understand how things could get worse, but they seem to be.
She is joining citi
My guess is she didnt like chainsaw bringing in his buddy Lester to fill a newly created role that she didnt get a chance to fill.
The main consent orders were regarding sales practices and risk management, with a few for technology especially around controls, separation of duties and security remediation. This has very little to do either PVSI or CSBBO operations, I don’t work in either of these but have worked with many people there and they are not only on top of their game, but pleasant to work alongside. There is just a lot of sour grapes.
Precious little has actually changed under Scharf besides a lot of very high paying jobs getting invented for friends. That’s hardly cleaning house.
This bank is filled with "leaders" who do nothing more than talk. They have, for years due to poor executive leadership, been rewarded for talking longer and louder than their peers while accomplishing nothing other than MRA's, CA's, and other regulatory issues

Times are changing and the continued departures of key execs is an indication that Charlie and team mean business and are slowly but surely cleaning house.
Titi Cole was an utter failure at both Wells Fargo and Bank of America. She spent Millions on consultants to do her job and did not lead. She has absolutely zero leadership skills and generally made horrible hiring decisions. Everyone one of her hires was under qualified and offered nothing but lip service. I rarely saw delivery, just lots of PowerPoint decks and excel sheets. Good riddance!
To the person that asked how we know she is leaving- A corporate announcement was sent via internal e-mail and within the hour Titi sent out her own internal e-mail.
Mandy Norton came from JPM
Let’s guess. P.S. who is the CEO’s buddy is taking the chief risk officer role. So much for diversity
How do you know she is out?
Mandy is out next... let the glory of re-orgs begin! Spans and layers folks!
Buckler was forced out. Another example of Wells Fargo keeping around worthless executives way too long. She lacked any vision or innovative ideas. That’s pretty much the same for all WF technology. All Stuck in the 1990s. WIM has a new CIO from the outside who hopefully will clean house of all the dead weight ‘technology’ people.
You can hardly call Cindy B. In WIM a “CIO.” She was a disaster much like the rest of WIM Technology.
We had a CIO go with 2 days notice in WIM
That’s a shame, this company needs her, she runs a tight ship and has high standards. Two other senior people on her team recently left from the call center world, maybe they know something. Probably just got a better offer though.
