Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Chuck earns550x average emp, yet no 401k match this year?

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/72971/000119312520074921/d864220ddef14a.htm

The estimated annual total compensation of the median Wells Fargo employee (other than our CEO) was $65,931. We estimate that our CEO’s total annual compensation was 550 times that of the estimated annual total compensation of the median Wells Fargo employee.

Now go look at your 401k.

No match for last fiscal year.

The decision not to match comes right from chuckies desk surrounded by guitars he likey cant play.

When you clock in at work, remember - he gets paid over $4000 to take a 15 minute sh–.

And to make sure the money keeps rollin his way, to him, your remote job is better done d at 10% your salary in india.

Less expense, more rewards for him and the board.

Work accordingly.

The OP is totally incorrect about 401K. Not sure how a TM could get that wrong

6% company match is currently intact. And TMs would have to be notified in advance if it changes.

Uhhhh not sure what nonsense you are blabbing about. I just looked and have matches each quarter all of last year and 3/31 of this year....

The 401k annual 1% profit sharing bump (which was declined this year) is discretionary – but the 6% 401k match is still intact.

Are you talking about the profit sharing - which I think is 1% of your total compensation? Or the 1st 6% match (dollar for dollar)?
