I have heard rumors some billing jobs scheduled to be outsourced by FBO to Accenture are being held back after the business and legal got wind of them and reviewed them. Some are government accounts and sensitive customer information. Anyone with information on this happening?

xfe+158InFvl So you are saying confidential customer information is being seen and handled by foreign workers? WOW!! I am sure American consumers, business and government won't feel safe knowing foreign workers have access to private information and can share it with others. Another nightmare waiting to happen!
Yes they are and have been pulling back functions which put customer information at risk or have restrictive contracts .
