I thought work from home was more or less permanent unless you're customer facing, and they're working on the details.
I was hired as a telecommuter, I was told I'd be required to start showing up at an office prior to the pandemic. Now I'm told to stay home, I will not be going to an office.
But it's a big bank, not everyone has the same job requirements.
I did hear on one of the all hands that they're not rushing to get people back to an office/retail space, they're making sure they have precautions in place first.
They can't rush things, their insurance company and shareholders would be p@@@ed if someone got sick and lawsuits started flying.
