AT&T offloading DirecTV To Apollo e

Now, sources are saying that the Apollo offer could be exactly the type of deal that AT&T will “have to do now” in order to offload DirecTV and a portion of the debt the company is carrying. He added that there was "no discernible benefit from the two divisions being operated under the same corporate umbrella"

Based in Michigan, Jackson National is valued between $6bn and $10bn and has four million customers in the US.

It is expected that AT&T will be revealing the final plan on 11 July 2020 when it published its financial results for the year 2020. The Telecom conglomerate giant declined to comment on the potential stake sale or IPO.

Received communication that wireless and video bundle are to cease offering/recommending unified billing. So, offloading DTV could be true.

This is all based off the same breathless-toned Fox Business speculation by Charlie Gasparino that aired on Wednesday. One person hearing “sources” tell him something might be a good idea for a company isn’t news. When more people start confirming it from multiple sources, then we’ll talk. Until then, stop reposting the same content and pretending it’s more real because you watched the same segment again.
