And not actual value and bottom line delivery. No matter how hard she stomps her feet and clenches her fists and tries to act tough people laugh at her behind her back. Total hack like most who were chosen for leadership rather than earning it. Like the government ATT picks it's selected club members rather than having them earn it.

She’s responsible for the lowest eNPS scores with her crazy policies - then moved/promoted to the next org. Leaving in her wake forever changed lives for the worse.
But I'm still working in the field. That's not right. I've been here for a long time so I should be up in that high position too. Not right.

I don’t think many people respect her. She is smug, and only has her job because she was a lead chief of staff... just like most of the white women in upper leadership.
I don't know one person who has any respect for anyone at that level.
Where do you get the "laugh behind her back" thing? I am in her org, not defending her but because I don't know much I can't criticize either. Seems that most of the 3, 4, 5 levels who deal with her respect her but I could be wrong.
