All vacancies everywhere that are not critical hires are removed from the jobs boards in order to preserve existing jobs. Nice try tho.
So, nobody can provide a provable source (in spite of UK law requiring public notice of redundancy), and the "internal announcements" have no mention of a 10% layoff anywhere.
Given the lack of facts, we can say for now that this is all made up.

This is correct, 10% of UK and Ireland are being made redundant, also if you check the vacancies for the Uk they have all been removed.

I'm not entirely sure what you are getting out of saying this info is fake.
The staff were informed some roles were being made redundant that would equate to 10% of head count.
By Friday those roles were identified and the people who fill the roles were told their positions are at risk of redundancy.
Once they are told they are at risk the company has 30(??) days to identify possible vacant roles the employee can perform as it's the role being made redundant, not the person. This is an important distinction.
After 30 days and there are no appropriate roles available the redundancy proper happens. Employee is paid notice period with a settelment/redundancy payment and ceases to be employed by CDK.

This information has nothing to do with earnings calls, at least not directly. The employees were informed on Weds 13th of May that 10% of roles would be made redundant. On Weds 20th of May they were told that this process would be complete by end of June. By Friday 23 of May most of those in roles that are "at risk" of being made redundant had been informed UK and Ireland. Not sure of other operations.

There is literally no news of a 10% layoff in any department of the company. None.
