they are proceeding without a clear and solid project, the only aim is to cut personnel costs ..... but they are afraid of failing, customers are surrounded by competition. this is more of an experiment than a serious plan.
absolutely not, but it depends on the law of the country. in Italy they would cancel the layoffs.
Job adverts online for uk support analysts.

Is this legal?
Is it a u-turn?
We need someone to step up and purchase a level 9 license agreement, a new co could be set up and continue to offer the service that made us the market leader. FP have destroyed the company and they will pay the price. Massive misjudgment of the market, product, staff and customers. I give it two months. So sad.
Well done Tom , in Italy 47 workers will lose their jobs What a shame!
My source tells me there are 43 front line support staff left based in UK region including Ireland. Not too far from the 37 mentioned here a few weeks ago
It reminds me something already seen: Brian McDonald. He tried, he failed, he eventually quit with million dollars in the pockets. He left everyone in the mud.
keyloop manager do you know what a car dealership is?
It’s a shame all staff are not in a pan european union. If all staff went on a 2 day walkout the voices would be heard pretty quickly
Is it possibile to stop this disaster? 1.5 billion dollars has been invested .... there will not even be one dollar left.
With a lot of support staff being extended to end of year, I can only assume another restructure coming in Jan. What next...
Could they get all R&D/QA moved to Poland?
Could they ki-l off one of/some of the DMS?
Could they close most country offices?
Any other guesses?
But I do think more change coming in New year, if not earlier......
a complete bankruptcy, but FP's partners know in what incompetent hands the company has ended up. they will lose all their money.
Everything is now either
• Not supported and chargeable consultancy
• Not supported - refer to your own IT
• Not support issue, refer to knowledge document
by firing people, losing skills, know-how ..... do you really think you can stay on the market and even grow? only your wallet will grow, de-cerebrate!
Yes all support around the world are affected. Most staff have already been let go, with more to come. Many staff have new contracts that expire end of December.
While support will be the most noticeable to customers in the short term, the layoffs have been across the entire business with more still to come.
actually, 90% of pretty much all support all over the local locations is gone or gonna be gone. It's all gonna be centralized and non specific to the market
My understanding is that 90% of the UK support team have gone.
Found the best solution to earn money comfortably .... "Mr. customer do you have a problem with the dms software? ...... solve it by yourself and also make the manual ... maybe if it is well done you could send it to us it could be useful for us." Thanks we are always at your disposal, have a nice day.
Had my first dealings with the new support team today, kept pushing me towards knowledge self help documents on the service portal. Is this the way it is now heading??! I don’t have time in my day to search 100+ articles for a answer. It’s why I pay cdk £££’s in support fees
in Italy mass layoffs are not a walk in the park, come on guys !!!
mass layoffs and site closures across Europe. redundancies have already been carried out in the netherlands and switzerland; the site is closed in switzerland. redundancies are pending in germany and only one location is to remain.
Keyloose
Keyloop-the-loop
If anyone from Pinewood is snooping, a few key hires of ex Keyloop employees would result in you cleaning up the UK + Ireland markets
Typical example of how to destroy a company just to maximize profit in a short time not caring about employees and customers. So we are all good at running a multinational company
“Keyloop's UK job losses will deliver ‘strong international team’, says CEO”
That is likely good for the profit line, but UK customers want local UK support. It’s what made Kerridge/ADP/CDK/Keyloop the company it is, strong local support with a good working understanding of local practices and terminology.
Larger companies have offshored customer support to India/Philippines/Other cheaper location in the past and have paid the price in customer attrition
So sad how they sold off pieces of CDK only to dismantle it further. Would not surprise me if CDK sells off dealer services within the next year
I heard the KLT were trying to delete negative (true) posts. Has glassdoor posts now all removed as seem to be missing? The Automotive Management announcement is just a joke. No plan on reductions is a shocking twist of the truth.
A complete disaster .... competitors says: thank FP!!!

Laid out the 5 year plan as clear as day here
Italy uncovered the cards yesterday: 40% of people will be laid off.
I am a Keyloop employee and some have been asked how it is in other countries. Although in absolute figures Belgium and Holland numbers seems to be OK, relatively spoken Rev8 is almost dismantled, hence following the trend we've seen in this tread.
The offices got a mail telling the change is under consultations, so for now nothing i shappening, but once the consultation is closed people will be layed off. It looks like a lot of experience will be lost, not to say the less experience will stay.
As a customer this is very concerning. I have noticed a considerable drop off in the level of support I receive and emails to head office are not being replyed to
Reduction in the sales team coming next down the line once the new dedicated client account managers are up and running in Canada ( ex Rapid RTC staff)
The FP playbook is in action. Remove existing executives then all other costs, smartshore to Poland and India. If you look at the other FP companies they always rip it to bits first. I know most local operations will be demolished just like the UK and Ireland. No interest in the customers or staff this is all about greed. New KLT all on huge money and big 5 year bonus on successful FP exit. They will do everything to succeed. Don’t believe we care hype or wellness they care about themselves first and foremost. It’s time to dust down the CV and find a company where we are all valued and cared about. More layoffs will be happening across next 6months.
The employee reviews make for good reading

I’ve heard that the South Africa office has been told they will lose the majority of the staff, only a very small number of people will remain.
I understand they are fighting this via some loophole in the local employment law relating to takeovers. More power to them
how's europe and asia? same story?
Yes heard all sales staff are to be reduced mostly due to the fact they will not be anything to sell.
I will congratulate them if they succede in making one of our DMSes easy to use in 2 years
