This is the typical behaviour of locusts ...
Is there anybody here aware of past operations made by FP in terms of massive layoffs? I think no, because you will find only celebration from finance world for their business, and none related to the way they follow to achieve the goal.
Bleah, fu** them.
Open your eyes guys and choose the right pillow, otherwise the Matrix has you!
Please explain. Has somebody of the KLT been fired?
It appears the KLT couldn’t survive its own Cull, laughable….this evil knows no bounds.
In The Netherlands work council is still negotiating with Keyloop about layoff conditions.
Which Countries are still in "red zone" where workers councils and local laws prevent the people from loosing their Job?
Germany? Netherland?
Any country else?
how is it possible to work in an IT company where expertise is not required and where there is no training?
I stay in keyloop, why do new managers have to make a lot of money if I leave? I don't play their game.
So sorry for those left, so happy for myself.
just wonder. All the news I hear is only from my location or nearby. ME and Asia has survived from the wave?
“ Those that remain no longer care and are looking for ways out, a real shame”
Sums it up perfectly. Only ones happy to ride it out are the folk on the old Kerridge pension plan
scandalous management of investor money ..... giving a jewel company to incompetent people ...
Sales are non existent, unable to deliver revenue due to job cuts. FP care about the money, they’ll look ok this quarter and maybe next due to headcount reduction. As soon as they realise the truth beyond what the yes men (Mr run and Hyde being a classic example of promoting failure) are telling them, They’ll look to cut losses and sell, they have a track record of doing this. Unfortunately it’s too late, the product is far more complex than they realise and experienced staff have been dispensed with. Those that remain no longer care and are looking for ways out, a real shame.
I work in Italy and I hope that today our work council will show us the best way to manage this terrific situation: leave with a backpack full of money and hope, try to ask the court to judge the method, or remain in a "new" company...with no idea about the real plan KLT has for our future.
And what about other "Red zone" countries?
Will see...
I am disgusted, the unique word is Incompetents.I will exit asap...
Maybe if you are out of work and struggling you maybe do give a sh-t. One persons view.
Many employees don't give a sh-t about the agreements between FP and the new CEO.
FP had a playbook from day one. The numbers of exits were already agreed with the new CEO on appointment. The management just execute the plan, they had zero say on the numbers mark my words!!! Puppets on a string.
The management team would come across much better if they just admitted they made a serious error in judgement in the numbers they fired in support
the company prefers to crash into a wall rather than admit the mistake......
that's clear, i thought the company would have changed its mind
not everyone agrees to be fired ... there are courts to oppose ... this is nothing new.
“workers don't leave keyloop ... the show starts now .....”
Some more info on your thought process on this?
- how do you mean exactly and in which country? decision by the company or by colleagues?
workers don't leave keyloop ... the show starts now .....
The amount of high quality very knowledgeable staff who are now finding new companies is very high. The KLT have no idea of what the business does or has done. The upper management have been promoted way above their capabilities. The result is the car crash now fully underway. The ship is not sinking its hit the ocean floor. Get out now as their plan is suicidal.
More new hires as well as longtime associates are resigning every day.
The mood has taken another nosedive in the last few weeks also.
it's a plan that can work for a factory that makes bottle caps or dust bags ... but here the product is something much more complex ... just a little ...
Fire people in Europe, hire the replacement in India

unfortunately for keyloop the massive appeal to the court will be inevitable ...... with all the consequences ....... the plan of the new managers was completely wrong .....
People are resigning from all across the business. Is that a reflection of the sinking ship
to the bloke that said that ithe workers council is just postponing the inevitable in the red countries, I live in one of those countries and it's Keyloop that has kept the secret for months! the unions here (in Italy) have the only job to give us, that we have to leave, more money possible, so not to bring them to court...
Once you're out and with a decent amount of money, whom would care a sh*t about Keyloop!
In ITALY 47 people !!!! almost 50% of the entire workers
Has anyone figured out how they intend to support the customer base? Because there is no support staff left anywhere apart from HYD
In France, consultancy will end the 24th september, and Hotline will end on 31 december.
On a total of 17, 15 will leave....
UK & Ireland based support team is now 40 people in total (not including international back line)
Now supporting any English speaking country instead of just UK&I
In Italy the support department will be reduced from 16 to 5, the implementation department will be reduced from 21 to 6. Poor customers ...
the leadership in this company is simply inhuman.
the employees are trampled on and they don't give a sh-t what happens to them, because some of them will have a very, very difficult time in the job market, due to their age.
With these dismissals, the paying customer is also shown absolute disinterest and simply confronted with a fait accompli. all the know-how is gone, then nobody is there who can support him competently. It seems to be absolutely unimportant that the customer can no longer be helped in day-to-day business.
very interesting industrial plan to see it on the slides, but impossible to implement ..... too much uncertainty, but above all presumptuous to do so by eliminating so much competence and experience .....
must turn to the court not only for the mass layoffs but also for the disastrous business plan they would like to activate .......
