Yesterday also country general manager has gone from Italian site.
It was the second local top manager to be fired.
Last union report said 41 employees and 3 top managers, on a total of 110 people...
Thank you keyloop for this very crazy strategy!
What's FP plan? Who knows...

Anyone in the uk motor industry who leaves a job in dealer to work for keyloop in support is extremely foolish in the present times

Last week I was contacted by a recruiter about a ‘support role in Hungerford that my cv is a great match for’ - the very role I have recently been made redundant from. No thanks.

4 more from uk have had enough and are leaving, few more weeks and they will have more managers than actual staff that do the work. Some in support now doing 40 - 50 hours a month overtime to battle the ever growing case numbers

38 People in Germany means 40% of all Employees in Germany. They fire People with 20 and 30 years of Knowledge in the Automotive Industry. Poor Customers and poor colleagues that have to stay and have to survive the Chaos in the DACH Region....

Unfortunately it is not very good for the peoples still left. Bullying now of remaining staff into different roles and taking on extra tasks which people simply do not want. However, I cannot see those who are left seeing another 12 months.
Those who were made redundant and were asked to come back and accepted, must be f*$king mad.................. Take the money and run you muppets!

In Germany (the last red country) they are going to fire 38 people starting tomorrow (thursday). They try to deliver the written firing document before the end of the month because otherwise they would have to pay the payroll for one more month. In dependency of how many years the employee is with Keyloop/CDK/ADP the employment will end in 7 months (for those who have 20+ years of employment), latest.

Keyloop in the UK is failing to recruit to such a degree that they are now having to leverage FP and look outside of the Automotive sector. I have bad news for 'Bruce' those skills may be transferable, but the Automotive Knowledge you threw away isn't, and this is a sector that trusts that knowledge and experience. https://www.linkedin.com/posts/brucegrainger_featured-solutions-activity-6857450125275484160-Fbeh

The company is falling apart and quickly. Support performance is the worst in its history, backlog is huge and SLA’s are way off, customers are hurting and badly. Laying off hugely knowledgeable and highly skilled staff that took years to train and develop. Recruitment in Poland is failing. Leadership team are completely clueless there is no achievable plan and the corporate BS is beyond belief. Sales also drying up as customers don’t see any value in a failing business. This is tragic for all of us that have given so much over so many years all destroyed by personal greed of a corporate shitshow 😟😢😢😢😢😢

"Reorg in Italy has coming to an end, there are 40 people going to leave from now to Feb 2022."

Having said that almost 50% of Italians has been fired, it seems like no 10% of global employees have gone but much, much more...

Is there anybody here aware of the other countries state of the art?

It’s a S**T show, Ireland leaver was the main advanced parts person with all the knowledge, no one else knows how it works ,3 more from Uk leave in the next few weeks , taking their redundancy even though they have been asked to stay. UK case load at a all time high. 😂🤣😂

The Netherlands reorganisation is coming to an end. All involved have been informed and some of them are on garden leave. Other are asked to work a bit longer to finalise projects. Nevertheless as in all countries the majority of colleagues work 15 years plus at the company so once again a lot of knowledge / experience gone. I really feel sorry for those left behind and of course the customers.

improvise, casually follow a plan that is impossible to carry out ... meanwhile, the employees are numbers that serve to increase profitability when you are fired ......... because the plans fail.

Mind you. A handful very experienced 2nd line support associates in The Netherlands were told they have to leave only yesterday. And today we see new vacancies.
Shameful!!

I was starting to wonder if HR had been tasked with trying to dig their name out of the mud with some fake reviews, given some of the recent happy-clappy, inane one sentence jobs.

Shifting parts of the business to eastern Europe or even Asia was made by so many companies the last decades. Keyloop knows that this won't work - but does it anyway. KillBill doesn't seem to have any honor left in him. Instead he presents one acquisition after the other to sedate the masses. So money isn't the problem here.

“welcome @fisconline into the growing Keyloop family” equals more people going to looking for alternative employment when they strip them to the bone for their hunger of the exit bonuses. Not buying the people just the IP.

In reply to the post "What class of a payout was offered"

It depends on local agreements made between workers council (if present), Union and management, to avoid any legal issues.

In Italy we've closed a good agreement and almost of us are trying to go far far away from FP and all their crazy way to drive the company!

What class of a payout was offered, ballpark only. Not asking for specifics just a general idea. X weeks per year of service or some such?

There were another 6-8 people laid off from the UK Bristol office at the end of August. There are people voluntarily leaving each week, last one out please turn the lights off.

From Italy I confirm: always the same slides, no operational details, it looks like a kindergarten play. KLT very far from being competent managers, and this is very sad for everyone, even for FP members.
