@eQmcl this forum board has some basic rules (read: it’s lightly administered, but site mods scrub it from ToS violations, so some posts may be nuked from time to time).

You can read the whole list of the content rules in the footer, but it basically comes down to this:

  • no foul language / threats / personal insults / slander / cyber bullying
  • no se-ual /ethnic / political / religious slurs
  • no names and other personal info (meaning you can’t name a coworker or a middle manager, but it’s ok to name c-suits as they are public figures).

That’s about it.

Perhaps Tom has now persuaded FP to buy Layoff.com? In line with their staff surveys only positive Keyloop comments will be allowed.

So comments are getting deleted…. that’s interesting

Did you catch that recent pep talk about "burnout"? I can see it happening to the vast majority of the employees actually still left. Hold tight the end is nigh. Research and find a good solicitor now.

So excellence is saving the cost of employees to fatten the pockets of klt managers.

The Keyloopers that work there are bold, authentic and united (as are all Keyloopers because the KLT deem it to be so) but the Keyloopers in Prague and the associated costs are less than they would be in the UK which is why it is excellent - the Impact on the customers is not a consideration. As long as the KLT team live and get paid UK salaries who cares!

YOu can't sign away your rights, UK employment law doesn't work like that, and my consultation lawyer was very clear on that point. What they did was make sure that they gave just enough redundancy to ensure taking legal action wasn't a viable path.

The law of ethics, respect, respect for employees and customers, respect for merit and work has been violated ....... there are those who are enriching themselves with millions of pounds behind those who believed in the company .

I don't think any laws were broken, certainly not in the UK, people signed exit agreements that removes their rights, they could have not signed and forced the company to go down a formal redundancy process but understand why they didn't.

At least we have an opportunity to express what a wonderful job the HR function are doing in the survey that came out yesterday, but constructive comments only allowed 😂😂😂. How is that even possible?!

The whole of idea of constructive feedback is that it helps a function to tackle the areas where they need to do better. You'd do well to remember that there are people behind every function and to post personal, nasty comments that are not constructive or helpful only says a huge amount about the person posting them. And before you ask, No, I don't work for HR. I've just got better things to do with my time than slate people for the sake of it.

Not sure they can afford the electricity for the lights but good shout. That said Tom’s Christmas light display will be very impressive.

I think it's important to understand that a decent merit increase across the board would have come off Tom's hugely inflated bonus payment and massive annual salary. It looks as though key areas of the business will need to be sold off now to prop up the redundancy/ severance pot, which looks like it will be taking a bashing over the next few weeks. If the last one out could turn off the lights that would be great!

More insane destruction of highly experienced quality employees from the Bristol office. Decisions made by id--ts that are just a waste of space and oxygen. When will the carnage ever end.

Sounds like the HR (eseeb+154y9TPM) happy clappers are on the board now. Typical HR reaction to the genuine concerns of employees.

How can anyone justify a 5-fold package increase compared to the previous CEO for such an epic fail whilst employees have had big reductions in packages in real terms especially those who have lost RSU's.

Lol, we are all busy, doing second jobs, working from home to make ends meet. Incidentally it has been rumoured that the Bristol office have been hit but only have 2 or 3 casualties, who have already gone? Can anybody confirm this, perhaps Babbs 36DD?

Not really sure why anybody would go to the trouble of giving him the benefit of the doubt on here, this ain't the fan club forum.

If his senior execs are scared to be honest with him, that implies nothing positive about his leadership style.

Yes he is being paid £2m to f##k the company up - but did he get a free Keyloop picnic blanket? These are being sold for £2.99 at our local petrol station (no logo) - Keyloopers you should be happy, all companies do not give such extravagant gifts, surely you don't expect a payrise and a blanket?

£ 1,500,000.00 + 500,000.00 = £ 2,000,000.00 it takes 60 years of work for an average salary for a keyloop employee ........ there is some reflection to do ...
