Probably better to live your life being a simple soul than a smug assh_le who thinks that attaining 30k and a bonus at Keyloop makes you any kind of superior human being TBH.

Such a rubbish company to work for....... why do you bother getting up? How do you sleep at night knowing you will be facing the same rubbish everyday.
Especially if you are sub 30k with no bonus payment. Your probably a simple soul...... but you deserve better

They totally undervalued a lot of the individuals who worked hard to protect the business from making this kind of role necessary (by you know, trying to keep customers happy or at least being open and honest) and retained either very inexperienced or Teflonesque senior management - bed, lie in it

Agree the Job Ad says it all.
Suppose it's cheaper than rehiring all the knowledgeable people they paid off.

More and more are being hired with no knowledge of what the automotive business is and want and in countries where Keyloop is not present with products. A great strategy if you want to go bankruptcy by creating useless products for our customers

I wonder if post 479 from Cdemets gets removed as the KLT don't like the truth.
On a separate note regarding Lotties advice on not getting a bonus, cost of living rise, merit rise, did anyone take up her advice and beg colleagues for any spare old clothes from their closets?
What planet is she on?

Bonuses are paid at company discretion, to compensate for not getting any bonus and give yourself a real 'feelgood' boost, just look at the pictures of the numerous functions that your KLT and HR team have attended this year (they appear to be having a great time and doing very well and I am sure will get their bonuses). If that doesn't cheer you up just get your pinic blanket out and sit and watch the 'wellness being' sessions they have provided for you. Happy New Year

Thank yourselves lucky to even get a bonus. It's those of us who don't earn enough to qualify for bonus I feel for. Low paid and exploited on a daily basis.

The problem with your theory is if the bonus pot is zero or extremely low due to underachieving business metrics the percentage and multiplier is reasonably meaningless. The contract does not state the bonus is mandatory but at the companies discretion. 100% of zero is zero unless you are KLT of course then it’s party time under the HR comms woke banner.

In my contract it says, Black on White, that my bonus is calculated as follow: 20% of the bonus is related to the overall business result, and 80% is related to my end year review. I know that if you as most people are rated 2:Strong, your manager can give you between 85% and 115% of the amount, so you would get what is 85% of 80%. So lets say your year end bonus is 10000 you would get at least 6800

That's the gamble though, isn't it? Sit in misery working for a company that couldn't give less of a sh1t about its staff anymore and hope for an eventual payoff, or cut your losses, find a better employer and get on with a better life somewhere with actual career prospects.

It's a tough choice and I don't envy anybody that's in that position now.

Bonuses will need to be paid for this financial year period. They possibly may be considering not paying it next year. People on low salaries were compensated for being taken out of the bonus scheme in past years, imagine simillar would happen. If they do pull the bonus award, would that not be breach of contract?
Would ask HR, but there seems to be nobody left.
Also heard from ex employee that another office closure is being finalized.
Hold tight, the end is nigh.......

As others have intimated, some of us are just wanting / waiting for redundancy, biding time, acting our wage. Leaving gets us nothing.

Get out of here !
Get away from this crazy company!
Run away before dying like a rat in a trap.
I did it one year ago, I'm delighted with the choice I made, I feel like I'm reborn.

Sorry to hear of this, but glad you are happy and finally out of there.
Guessing you were UK based? Was your role made "R" or were you removed for wrong doing like the other senior leader recently (bully boy)?

I can unfortunately confirm that I as a Senior Leader will leave the Company by the end of this year, and I’m not allowed to tell it to my team. My KLT representative will announce it to them in the new year, as they don’t want them to go on holiday with bad news….
But I’m happy as the payment is much bigger than expected :) and I’m also out of the circus

There are more redundancies and I know of several people leaving at the end of the year. These are senior roles and hugely experienced. Taken out to reduce costs, that is the reason. Another death nail as the knowledge is irreplaceable. Enjoying the £10 hamper when KLT party like there is no tomorrow.

UK workers should go to prospect.org.uk and get themselves signed up. You’re not going to stop the redundancies, but at least you’ll be best prepared when they happen.

Why are all this British people so vocal over here? Keyloop is a Polish/Czech/Indian company, you Brits are just beings squeezed dry till you either leave from exhaustion or can be let go cheaply because of poor performance.

Be smart, give up and leave. You Britons are carrying this company, suffering daily and for what? I'm from a NOT-UK site of Keyloop and I think every single Brit that stays has lost their minds.

The year you lot have all had, and while the boss man pockets millions he can't even shout you a proper Christmas party?? That's utterly f'king disgraceful.

I feel so bad for everything you guys still there have had to endure as a result of FP taking over. There are other companies out there that will treat you all with the respect, dignity and professionalism you deserve (and renumerate you accordingly). Don't carry on selling yourselves short grinding away thanklessly for these leeches, get out.

Penny pinching at its best for UK
Out is the traditional Christmas night out for employees.
In, is an extra 1.5 hour's for lunch with food, softdrinks and a quiz.
Mandatory for employees to donate at least one item to local food bank charities.
This is Keyloop using their own employees to try and put them in a good light.
Keyloop have been using and abusing their employees since day one.
I for one, will not be attending, I am donating personalty to a foodbank of my choice, not one dictated to by Keyloop.
Merry Christmas.
