Paying for huge failure that makes no sense to anyone. Disgusting but the HR woke team will spin up a wellness week that will do the trick.
It tells you absolutely everything you need to know about the contempt they really hold their employees in.
Lining their already stuffed pockets while the workers get given meager, real term pay-cuts at the end of one of the most difficult, exhausting years of their working lives, and the cost of living skyrockets.
It's completely disgusting. Tory Britain at its finest.
£1.5m + bonus lol as Dire Straits sang Money For Nothing. What a farce.
£ 1.5 million a year plus bonuses for destroying a business versus £ 1,500 a month plus a tip to try desperately not to let customers escape ... working as slaves to repair the damage of a group of incompetent rich people ...... there is something wrong......
Oh, and his bonus was £500K. Or more than 250x more than the average bonus. Thanks for all your hard work folks.
Latest fillings at Companies House show Mr Kilroy's annual salary is ~£1.5M !!!! Just keep that in mind when he talks about keeping costs low and the meagre pay rises we were awarded this year.
Trick or treat everybody......
What you mean we lost ton of people last week but this thread is confusing now with the cdki keyloop spilt 😂
Another week on and nothing to back up the recent comments on this board. Don't believe the hype................
"We have done this before, we know what we are doing."
You could be forgiven for not taking that claim entirely on face value.
I'm no businessman but I'm sure there are plenty of ways to boldly change business direction without savagely gutting the company, getting rid of a huge swathe of the most talented staff, completely undermining the morale and job security of the remaining employees, and completely alienating the customer base through degradation of service levels.
I'm not sure what I was expecting when Fransisco Partners took over, but from a supposed company of that size and experience I did expect basic business compentcy, and nothing I've seen in the past 18 months suggests anything near it. The KLT aren't playing some kind of long game 4D chess with the business, they're just deeply mediocre corporate clowns in suits who have no understanding or respect for the company that was, it's workers, it's customers or the industry they do business in, who just about scuttled the company last May and have been lurching along, making it up as they go ever since.
Insider news from SLT. By the end of 2024, hopefully only a few products will still be in the portfolio. If you remember some of Tom’s first words: “We have done this before, we know what we are doing”, and look at the history of Tom and FP on other companies, it all makes sense. Cutting away all the “fat” is the strategy. Nobody can be secure besides from most of the SLT and the KLT..
kwasi kwarteng part of the KLT making most on the decisions it seems nowadays.............
Campbell Soup,Keyloop are advertising for staff, they tick all your boxes!
If anyone hears of any jobs going, where the pay is cr-p, senior management are bunch of cun7s and morale is at rock bottom, let minnow please
We are herring a lot of rumours of late, nervous times
I was given a change of role with less money, have to mullet over
Glad to see we're bot being Koi about this.
Bonus last year was shocking we only got 50 squid
Yes all the worry about redundancy is giving me a really bad haddock
Yes the company has lost its sole
Yes I was done up like a kipper redundant after 35 years. More like Keyloopy.
Yes not very e-fish-ent use of the company’s resources
People are leaving and losing their jobs let's not carp on about it
Yes come on there is a time and a plaice for this
Yes very fishy they have got to be codding
There's something fishy about the last few comments. All the replies confirming the redundancies seem to have the same terrible grasp on English/grammar.
Not convinced these latest redundancy reports aren't somebody playing stupid attention seeking games.
Does this next step also impact employees outside the UK?
Yes I'm Babs Bristol office, got a 36 DD notice on Friday. Though keeping it close to my chest.
Ditto work in Telford to fine only now office shut several years ago

Mine too and I was the office pumper a pump in Hungerford, Newbury before for the last 25 years
Yes I have my mine in my hands now
Over 200 received their notices Friday........................... Is there any proof to back these recent comments up?
Keyloop Drive DMS to be sold total Ph*** said Tom. UK staff to be cut under 100 very soon. Over 200 received their notices Friday.
Keyloop is to sell off DMS business all UK support gone by the end of November
The Big Bluff.
Key attributes to become a manager at Keyloop.
- Be a sycophant
- Be a sycophant
- Be a sycophant
The KLT do not have a clue about the DMS or how it works or the industry it was built for, but are all good chums that have socialised together previously and are just focused on the bonus they will get when the company is sold on, the majority of the next management levels have the key attributes. All very, very sad for the workers and customers.
To manage a company well, you need experienced and prepared managers. It seems an obvious sentence, unfortunately not so obvious .... it seems .....
Desperate for skills ...... selection of employees dismissed a few months ago ......... something wrong? where is the mistake? Are they firing, hiring and firing again? Schizophrenia? or Strategy? Only the market will evaluate ..... but at the moment the competition is enriching.
Not to defend Keyloop but CDK we’re equally pi-s poor with their annual rises. Many a year I didn’t get one at all.
