Absolutely, a thought from tomorrow morning, is it right to continue working hard? for those who meanwhile are lining their pockets with money and tomorrow will continue to shoot under the control of another speculative fund.
4 picnic days being replaced by 2 wellbeing days, which are to be taken in each half of the year. No pay increase despite soaring inflation.
Along with no bonus payment this year, I think that adds up to F you Keyloop!
I'll adjust my working schedule to reflect what I'm worth to the business.
Please bear a thought for those of us who work just as hard, under the incompetent leaders who do not get the chance to earn bonus.
No bonus payout this year as company has not met the targets! individual performance bonus will be paid out. range i believe from 10% to 25% depending on your personal performace.
Good question, i don't think KLT bonus is affected despite the targets not being met...
the KLT team bonus is not in question.... given the obvious successes achieved....

High profile heads. Btw, it’s interesting how the ELT are not impacted by the yearly bonus payment in the same way other people are….
I don’t understand why the contracts of the ELT is not public available like in a lot of other similar companies.
Do you mean voluntary redundanices being offered HR Mule or some high profile heads to go? Hopefully not easy targets as before like people being sacked due to age, colour of skin or ill health. Because to be fair that's how low Keloop have stooped.

Keyloop directors and managers need to get back to basics.
If you were starting up your own business you need to know your Product, your Target and last but not least your employees.
Keyloop have failed big time.
Would it be too much to ask for directors and management for them, in their words get "Engaged" with the staff/employees. Understand our needs, treat us with respect, reward us properly, stop treating us like sh1t.

There is no carrot anymore in this place, just stick. After a while the stick has no impact. KLT and the yes-men are the only people to get any reward, thanks or appreciation.
I don't think the "new" managers, many of who have been here since the Kerridge, ADP days have had much choice or say in the matter and have been forced into the role, one way or another. They are like everyone else still here, waiting for the payout, but trying to do their best in this sh!t show for their respective teams.

@ former_employee, you asked for DE and DK. We (people) are ok, but leadership is missing totalt. Current leaders er just puppets, don’t have anything to say. I think all is controlled by HQ and needs to be approved by TK himself, that’s my view.
It’s funny to see how Alliance and Sales from around the world can meet in Malta in february for a net sum of +£200k, but I’m not allowed to use £400 to travel a week to another Office to train new colleagues. My £400 will blow the T&E budget of Keyloop….

There is talk of people departing but never name/s or initials......
How is the Situation in the non-UK Countries? Especially Germany and Denmark.
I left the german Keyloop Organisation one year ago, feel with the colleagues that have not escape from keyloop til now.
Another experienced senior leader in support departing through the trapdoor, obviously never to be mentioned. Slash and Burn strategy playing out well. Await the HR early week call in the diary.
Maybe more people need to follow @Choppers lead

Out of interest when you mentioned leaving, was this of your own choice or were you made redundant. If it was the former, good on you. There is life outwith keyloop.
I am smug, leaving was the best thing I ever did. I was on less than 30K, paid no bonus and saw how badly myself and the others in my team were treated. There is so much more to life than being in a dead end job. Making others on bonuses rich, while we got nothing!
