Do they really think that anyone is fooled by the fake happy clapper KLT/HR reviews on Glass Door? They always do this after there's been a string of 1 star reviews. Desperation beyond belief.

The recent post about the wrong doing by someone, was starting to get this thread to look interesting. Shame it got deleted.

On another note, those Glassdoor reviews pretty much sum up what the current state of the business is.

The last five star rating are too high, but the comments are spot on. Take care my door is always open.

Regarding moderation, might the site owners consider opening a fresh forum section just for Keyloop? I'm quite weary of incessantly scrolling up and down within the same thread.

Once again, this forum is lightly moderated, and most if not all of those recent posts were making reference to individuals below board level or contained borderline personal attacks on other posters.

There's no conspiracy, KeyReich top brass have no influence over what's posted or removed here or a damn site more posts badmouthing them would be gone. it was just us lot breaking the site rules again.

Interesting discussions.....on the other hand there is only one very small problem: our most important customers are abandoning us......

BHAG:

https://business.adobe.com/blog/basics/bhag

Essentially its a goal for the business. We used have it back in CDK days and driven by NP.

All very good as long as its not impossible, is financed and actually supported - it never was!

Personally I am loving it......... next to no work to do, no customers moaning at us, if they do, just ignore them........ just sat here waiting for the inevitable payout.
As for people coming back....... more chance Elvis walking through the door at Prickworks

“Bring back” - as if the likes of them would ever consider going back!

As someone who was let go in the first keyloop round, I urge everyone still there to consider applying for other roles.

I was mad when I was let go, but quickly realised I had wasted my time working there.

The grass IS greener on the other side.
Leave!
Keyloop is a terrible company and you can do better.

From my experience the job is fairly stable, and the work load is bearable and sometimes even enjoyable. The customers that I've come in to contact with seem reasonably happy with the service. What is noticeable is that management always seem to be on edge, but that's no different to any other company.

Look at how much the KLT is travelling around the world (Malta and SA excluded). All just to fight the fires they have started with their bad judgement and decisions. The fires are burning both internal in Keyloop and external at our customers. And all the places they go they promise customers and employees to be rewarded if they stay as customers og do an exceptional work as employees. And do they get as promissed? Judge yourself. The customers get a raise in their monthly fee and the employees get cut in their bonuses. Thats how Tom and the gang does business!

I understand the frustration among the employees. I work in inside sales and was invited with my wife along to SA because some other sales guy couldn’t. So I was happy but there were no need for this. I just happen to have a good relationship with one of the VP’s. Actually a colleague from another department helps me alot in my work, I would say that he does alot of the work for me. But that’s life in sales, and i don’t complain, but I understand why others do.

For those who have remained in the company: never accept that your work becomes the norm to remedy the mistakes made by this management. The efforts your managers ask you are a favor you do. Don't accept that stress ruins your life, learn to fu-k those who want to pass the situation as normal!!!!!!!

To poster @gBsre+154y9TPM
All I would say is go for it, put us all out our misery.
There are plenty of jobs out there for people with our skills.
There is no loyalty from KLT, so we don't owe them anything.

Most of us are waiting for a pay out so really not that bothered.......................... might mean that some of us would have to actually do some work though from that point on, if we had to find another job.

You know that dilemma, when you have information that in the right/wrong hands would make Keyloop go bankrupt within a year, but on the other hand have some really good life long colleagues whoms families are dependent on the income, and this would make them loose their jobs (including my self). What to do?

Inchcape to roll out Tekion DMS across all dealerships.
First of the big customers ( they can’t leave because they have no where else to go was the quote from the CEO ) is moving to a new DMS provider 😂😂 oh dear many others may follow.

Bonuses were not that bad for those who did get them. Paid out to a select few cunning linguists, you will know who they are, every business area has them.
For the record, Malta was rubbish and embarrassing and a complete waste of money.

Where are all the happy clappers not putting Shout Outs for the Malta and SA trips?
Embarrassed? Instructed not to? One of the favoured? Give staff Mushroom treatment?

It's great to see where the money is going, rather than merit rises for staff treated like sh-t.
Roll on when we get sold again, cannot be any worse than this shower of users and takers.

Just want to mention that all who are invited to SA get to bring their partners, because…… well just because - yes I know, because they worked SO hard last year.

Voice connect salesman who recently left was the best we had. Gave the product away for nothing, got his bonus payout, then went to work for the same company supplying the phone system. Oh no, definately all above board and transparant. No doubt some Wimbledon style moves went on there...... back handers, cough, cough

Good luck to them, I've never seen a Sales team more disinterested in making selling anything. In all my time at CDK I never passed a single lead to Sales for a customer that didn't have to be chased up a month later, and then usually multiple times, because nobody had bothered getting back to them. I have absolutely no idea what they did all day.

It is however yet another hallmark sign of a toxic work culture when the Sales guys are getting pampered with flashy holidays and the efforts of the other departments that actually keep the ship running day-to-day go neglected.

Let’s see how many people from Sales and Alliance that will make their target this year and get invited to their special club, if all other departments don’t help them? How many from eg. Engineering and Support do you think have been invited to the SA trip? maybe beside from some leaders of course. From now on, when ever Sales comes asking for help, I don’t have time to help them or Keyloop,,,,,,

Santa claimed there was an abundance of cheap talent in Poland. In reality the talent was sparse and expensive, and most preferred to stay as contractors. The hugely expensive office remains mostly empty and they are now trying to sublet it. To top it all some m*ron broke their leg going down the kiddy slide too fast😂. The whole venture is an unmitigated disaster.

Now that the architect behind “Ki-ling local org, and move all to India and Poland” is leaving the company, we hopefully see a change in strategy, bringing more back more local presence?

They want the customers to leave. They want the business to fail. We near the start of the final push before the business is sold off. Ki-l joy has made his millions, he and others will soon be off. All we can hope for is a half decent payout.

The Ireland market looking shaky for Keyloop also. Blackwater Group already switched to Pinewood, and another 2 of their top 5 groups also looking at it. Interesting times ahead

FP/KLT think they can treat customers/staff like cr*p without consequences. They are more interested in virtue signalling than looking after either. Go woke, go broke.

Here we go, first to jump was McCarthy Group in ZA now Inchcape going elsewhere. Others will follow quickly when it shown you can leave successfully.
