All that you missed was some t*at commenting on internal keyloop person who is ill, not in a sensitive manner. At a guess its the same person who cannot use normal English to describle a scenario and resorts to cursing and slander.

Earlier post suggests that this month's figures are looking terrible, they need someone that could give those figures a bit of a massage and then everything on the surface would appear to be tickety-boo. Does anyone in Keyloop know who maybe able to do this, someone with previous experience would be good?

They do seem to be deploying the old methodology back (country specific). I dont think it will ever be as effective and efficient as it was with so many knowledgeable colleague let go in that first round of redundancy!

Intresting insight on the below comments, this is the first I've heard of it. I would not be surprised if they sell keyloop in the not too distant future.

Wow, it’s staggering that they have the audacity to lecture other people on the employee experience, when the employee experience at their company is abysmal. Meanwhile others in the HR team are having a party trip to India and some of the other KLT are sunning themselves in Miami.

Anyone else who noticed that some leaders and “key persons” are more busy promoting them self on LinkedIn, SocialMedias and at events instead of doing what they are payed to do? No names mentioned.

Yesterday I overheard two people from Finance talking about how unfair they think it is, that budgets are on purpose set to High so they can’t be achieved. This to push people as much as possible. Fortunate for the KLT, they are not on the same bonus structure as the rest of the company. They are not measured on leavers etc. only on new deals signed and that we don’t make a minus. The KLT, they are not stupid.

We need to speed up the sales process or the next investment fund will not be available for purchase, the company's value is being seriously damaged, FP is not willing to lose money. All focused and coordinated by yes man to work hard and make up the pig..... what an indecent show..... not even a reaction from the slaves????

There is a increasing noise that FP want to dispose early. Getting more requests for information on the business from PE consultants. Therefore the post below holds water. They will lose a lot of money but better written off now than taking further loses. #destroyed.

Mass layoffs are in the pipeline again. Shotg-n methodology which was used before being deployed. No one is really safe, only those sucking as5e on the verticals. Be prepared for your team members and other workloads to be dumped on you or if you are lucky you may get fired.

Sweetener package is getting smaller as FP scrutinise and cut budgets to attract investors.

The fact is products are being sold by people who don't know how they work and when they go live the customers are finding that they haven't been trained/it doesn't do what they expected.
The Sale is more important than the product fit. FB seems to fail to understand that Quality and Product Fit focused sales lead to higher returns but we are in the short term game here.
Add to that Implementation Consultants who install and then run away as they are installing products that they do not know and not installing them correctly.
Once the customer is live PS cant/wont help as the assistance cant be charged for and the lords above have decreed they have to focus on chargeable only.
One can only imagine the pain that our Support teams have to go though because of this - asked to pick up the pieces and deal with the unhappy customer conversations as that is their role according to their shiny and somewhat naïve new leader and us IMPS, PS, Sales and AM can hide under rock.
Add to that the 30% po-p and we have unhappy customers and very unhappy staff who are fighting each other, finger pointing and are generally resigned to doom.

PS townhall this morning was confusing. It would appear that we don't have the right skills in certain areas to deliver the amazing sales which the Maltese falcons have done. Where have these sales occurred? They were trying to sell our products with 100% discount incentives recently and nobody wanted to sign on the line!

The whole PS team looked quite flustered earlier, perhaps it was the early start or perhaps the pressure is starting to finally show. On a positive note next month's figures are looking terrible so we may see further changes at the top imminently.

Database Engineering Director fired for being incompetent. Fair enough. Move the Oracle DBA team under the guy who has been the major impediment in getting the Oracle infrastructure upgraded. Classic.

Don't be surprised if some of the partners come together and engage the competition and market authorities. With a monopoly position this could be seen as uncompetitive practice. They were warned!!!!!

All the time, effort and money that's gone into the partner programme and then they come up with this knuckle-headed bobbins! Trying to think why they'd do this I came up with

  1. FP want out and so they're trying to fatten up profits.
  2. There's more customers about to jump ship so they're trying to shore up revenue.
  3. They want to destroy the partners' business models so there's some nice cheap M&A targets.
  4. The KLT/SLT are complete and utter mo--ns.

It was discussed in a recent Townhall - industry standard so they say lol - the short notice and FB cack handed way of handling it appears to be another nail in the Keyloop Coffin - glad I joined the union a few months ag, though at this rate there won't be much pig to put the lipstick on!

With our new Global Head of Business Transformation on board - this news sounds like the final straw for the remaining employees.

"Business Transformation" - Posh talk for streamlining.

Where's the HR person gone? or have they jumped shipped before they have to actually do some work "over Zoom" - watch for the email invites people subject normally "catchup".

P.S. - those who haven't done so already join the a trade union, your going to need it.

Excellent way to p155 of your customers and price yourself out of the market, it's the arrogance of thinking that people will just fold and pay.... They won't.

Main responsibility will be to put lipstick on the pig before FP exit. This will involve some additional M&A together with further cost take-out & redundancies. Increase EBITDA at all costs.

Lets face it there will be some people who genuinely are happy in any business. This may be because they enjoy their role and feel they make an impact or it could be because they can sit with little no accountability.

Currently we have
Product incapable of responding to calls, emails, slacks and when its raised with the next line up - same thing.
Consultancy/Implementation - setting up products and walking away with them untested not testing them as they do not know how they work
Support - in the new global world struggling to deal with new countries and their different legal controls, language barriers and different products.
The new Global Head of Customer Enablement treats support as a call centre and so support is responsible for all communication with customer as a front door and support is having to listen to dissatisfaction regarding other areas of the business and making excuses rather than being focussed on fixing issues. Support are individually held accountable for their roles but are supported well by their line managers to do this both professionally ands personally but everywhere else appears to talk of accountability but never displays it.
Our new one global world should see us working together as streamlined business where if you affect a customer you should be speak to a customer but this is not the case. The KLT talks a good game but in reality pitches areas against each other. Consultancy or Professional Services as they are now called are doing an amazing job, so we are told in Townhalls, at reducing their backlog - one way is to just dump work back to other areas!
And still we keep being told that the customers are happy with how we are doing and the journey we are on - no they are not. They hate Keyloop with a passion.
There is nervousness around a certain big company using a new DMS in the business but the KLT just brush this off.
The business needs a fundamental rethink -
Product stops shifting pants products to the wrong clients.
Dev - resolve the outstanding issues on the core DMS - maybe a better focus than constantly breaking it with current fixes!
PS - know your product and don't leave a customer until its fully tested and working
Support - let them do their actual job and fix things and give them the support needed inc people.
KLT - lets be honest some of you are ready to go - we need industry experience - you have already proven we don't fit the FP standard model.
HR - stop be so flaming worthy and woke - focus on the needs of your staff not what looks good in gaga land.

@Jeffrey_Archers_Accountant

We have all just completed the whistle blowing training so you should know how to do this.
There are internal and external options all of which are legally required routes to report issues in any business

Post ID: @gVckg+154y9TPM

How does one go about reporting an act of illegal activity within the company? I have to be sure that the allegation's will be fully investigated and the perpetrators brought to justice? The current system in place for reporting such behaviour is not fit for purpose and I fear that the fact's and evidence reported will be sept under the carpet.
The SLT are as corrupt as the KLT and our HR representative is knowing of these allegations and other different issues going on but is simply not interested and also would mean that they would have to actually do some work.
How do those at the bottom of the pile report such activity knowing that it will be investigated fully and actioned accordingly, without any unfair treatment being brought onto the person reporting it?
