This site and the comments here are utterly vile, degrading and in the vast majority of instances provably false and misleading.
A number of ex employees and people hanging on bringing the company down from inside, why? Do the ones who LIKE working here a favour and move on if that's how you feel.

Actually what was "implied" today was that the constant immature trolling and personal attacks from some of you on here clearly aimed at particular individuals could cause those at the end of these nasty childish personal attacks to suffer mental health issues as a result. You have no idea the impact your keyboard bullying could have on a person and i'm sure you probably don't care or are getting a weird kick from doing so, but maybe you need to learn to listen better and bully less. By all means express your displeasure about the company or better still why not find a new company with a culture you prefer, but quit the nasty disgusting personal attacks. School yard bullies are not welcome here.

The HR team are clearly practicing in very unethical behaviour. We had the admission today that people have been encouraged to write positive reviews on Glass Door although everyone already knew that this was clearly the case. However to write/tick-up that appalling abusive ‘Suomynona’ post below is absolutely disgraceful, and they should be the ones leaving this company.

In the UK&I townhall today it was implied that anyone who writes negative remarks on here, or other social media, has mental health issues. How demeaning to people who have genuine concerns about how the company is run or the direction it is going in, BUT also what an absolutely disgusting attitude towards mental health issues and the people who suffer with them. I'd make a complaint to HR, but ............

Looking at the up/down votes this is a circle jerk of around 25 disgruntled employees echo-chambering each other to new heights. Do your job, or leave, what kind of BS is spewing your vile here all the time, and what use does it have other than to enhance the rate at which your body generates cortisol, leading to an earlier demise.

China is a hard market to operate in, both from a product/customer perspective, but also politically and contractually. India is a global hub for keyloop and an obvious place to expand, with or without the China closure plan. Yes getting into the country is much harder than it used to be.
Yes it’s a lot of years worth of experience to lose in China that’s going to take months or even years to gain back. That should not be underestimated.

I personally think that we may see a possible re-org in certain areas to justify any merit increases that are paid. It has happened before and the usual areas of the business are the sacrificial pigs.
We get a 2% increase in return for a smaller team and extra workload dumped upon us.

Hope it doesn't happen but somebody may get lucky and the pay out they are waiting for. Others will get additional work load and stress

wrt China closure - combined 70+ years of Rev8 support experience being canned, to be replaced by new hires in India. What could go wrong with that plan?

I suppose the argument for the closure would be that we're not doing much, if any, business in China anymore. Which is fair enough, but begs the question how much business do we do in India or Poland???????

Interesting that average pay in the UK has increased by 7.2% in the last three month's.

Roll on the JAF rollout and let's see what the KLT really think of looking after it's ASSociates. Anything less than a 9% rise would be a pay cut again.

It seems like they're trying to make them appear more authentic by listing something in the cons section that vaguely resembles a negative, but they're doing a hilariously pathetic, half ars-d job of it none the less. Some of the genuine recent reviews have been so damning HR might have just lost the will to even try properly.

Talj to me. Anyone else find it very strange that several 5* Glassdòor reviews have appeared on the site over the last few days. How much are KLT paying per review ? Can they bung me a few quid ? I don't mind writing a load of tosh and ticking the 5* box for a few quid. Much love.

Joy vacuum and her merry band of nitwits need to stop with pointless award events, smell the roses and quit. We used to have some really great, honest HR people who put us and our customers first. Now we are stuck with these pretentious buffoons; who seem to get promotions, pay increases and nominated (not sure who by) for awards despite doing nothing good. Where has the Human element of HR gone? Flushed down the loo with the rest of the sh*t that Charlotte spews. Such a shame as the remaining 'good' ones seem to have changed for the worse too. Also, there's constant fear of job losses but what effective organisation of keyloops size need a whole internal communications team? HR and comms were better in 2019 - 2020. We should bring those people back again. Where is Cath? Get her back in!

And just like clockwork another party dress event, splashed on social media, same old hangers on. More 1st loser awards but we love a free p1$$ up on expenses. Can’t they see the damage they cause to the employees. Yes of course they can but HR and comms aren’t there to care….. are they 😡 #MeMeMeMeMe

Got to agree with post hRvse+154y9TPM

I have lost of lot of respect for those who I considered friends as well as colleagues as they climb their career ladder for ever long it lasts.

No longer getting a call to see how you are, your progress etc etc.
Instead, keep picking up cases, get your commerce correct, this will address the poor customer feedback.

We were told this is a tried and tested Buisiness Model.
What they failed to say is this Buisiness Model failed time and time again.

Let's get our party dresses on, go to unimportant ceremonies, feed the industry the same unconvincing bull and award ourselves Tufty Club Badges.

Roll on cash in for them, escape for us.

If we told the truth to customers and employees then we wouldn’t need to go on storytelling courses/presentations. Spin, propaganda and jargon are more important than substance and reality here.

The brain drain is just non stop so many high quality hugely experienced consultants are just calling it day every week. You can’t buy that massive knowledge of the DMS or technology. It says everything about the culture and terrible management of this failing company. That said it’s all ok because because on social media the same KLT members are still celebrating meaningless targets and talking sh1t£ about how great it is all is. As long as they keep building their network based on spin they think they are winning. #bloodontheirhands.

We're there many Keyloop representatives at the AM awards or did they know better?

by

Post ID: @hwbou+154y9TPM

Keyloop won nothing in the AM Awards last night which sums up its huge decline in the automotive space. It’s probably a good thing as I think they would have be heckled and booed off the stage as the distaste is so strong in the room. Now if there was an award for worst service and customer experience they would of smashed that easily. Much talk over the dinner was about alternative DMS’s and how to finally ditch the parasites.

PS is 3 times smaller than Engineering. According to all industri standards and financial rules they should be at least twice as big. Also Sales are to big if you look at the size of the other departments. All of this results in a really bad earning per FTE. Keyloop is for sure doing things differently than others.

There is quite a skill to going into a company and reducing costs without impacting the customer experience - unfortunately FP were advised by the wrong cdk people as to who can go and who should stay, add this to no proper due diligence as to the decision to release in the hack and slash manner they elected to utilise, combined with the aforementioned “we’ve done this before” cavilier attitude it has been quite the lethal combination as is being proved for the business.

Sorry to be pedantic to an earlier poster, it’s only been 2 years since they took over, though I can understand that due to the awful working environment you described, it feels like twice as long. Wishing you and all the other remainders the very best.

I could go into any company in the entire world and cut costs, there is not much skill in that. However there is skill required to grow revenues and improve the experience of employees and customers. The KLT have proven in the last 2 years that they have no skill in this area whatsoever, and so it is time for them all to move on.

When FPiggies took over the company, we were all going to be one Keyloop where everyone is equal. Unfortunately some are much more equal than others with massive bonuses and party trips, whilst most other people have paltry pay rises and bonuses. The size of the Exit bonus pot for the few is absolutely staggering, you would not believe it.

Does the CPO really believe some of the comments she has been putting on Linked-in?“We have introduced pay for performance”. How can that be so when virtually everyone gets the same rating regardless of performance and that leads to a pay rise well below inflation. She keep’s going on about JAF but what is the benefit to of this? It has taken more than 2 years to get JAF1.0 and now they’re talking about JAF 2.0. They seem to accept that some people are getting paid below market but state it could take another 2 years to bring them into line with market. Seriously, so 4 years after taking over they will finally pay someone their market worth. No wonder NPS score is 19 which is pretty much at the bottom of the industry based on a Google search I did. They are very cagey now whenever anyone mentions Peakon as they don’t want to talk about or act upon the shamefully low scores.
