Will need to be aligned with what schools are doing, lots of parents who don't have much of a choice.
Email this week indicated that my group (an IT team) wasn't even thinking about returning to physical office until at least August. Things are running fine remotely as far as I can tell.

Thats because Wells pays area based salaries which is b.s.
WFH will be stretched out until September and if there is a flare up in the virus, it will extend until 2021. Management is finding out that the lazy employees are far more productive at home. No water cooler talk, no having s-x on company time, s-xual harassment cases are down, people getting written up for being 5 minutes late are down, no sports talk, no weekend talk, no rigging job postings, etc.
Remember the layoffs? Now that WFH is more productive, no more gripes about being over worked.

I thought work from home was more or less permanent unless you're customer facing, and they're working on the details.
I was hired as a telecommuter, I was told I'd be required to start showing up at an office prior to the pandemic. Now I'm told to stay home, I will not be going to an office.
But it's a big bank, not everyone has the same job requirements.
I did hear on one of the all hands that they're not rushing to get people back to an office/retail space, they're making sure they have precautions in place first.
They can't rush things, their insurance company and shareholders would be p@@@ed if someone got sick and lawsuits started flying.
well good news is most companies have no in office work until 2021; if you dont want to go to an office you can wfh in most other jobs out there today.
The last email I received for my area was through June 30th with that date to be reassessed as we get closer
I'm not looking forward to it one bit, so I'd like to be mentally prepared for it.
