Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

5 employess ghosted Hardmon Williams and quit Dallas HQ

More bad news for AT&T, lack of leadership is taking a toll on young people entering this company, just like many Silo companies, T does not provide the experience they need, actuality threatens job security and securing new opportunities is especially challenging for new employees with the constant re-org and layoffs.
I heard that they were earning less, while struggling to advance in the company.
Good for them!!! .

By the way, your posting on Google misspells "employees" as "employess"...hmmm. Tell Tucker Carlson that one too.

"Instead of complaining, try working your way up from the lowest levels of the company. Improve your attitude and watch your career grow as well."

Watch you career grow? At T? The same T run by Stink who openly advocated for no employees to stay longer than 5 years? The same T that indulges in thousands of layoffs every quarter? The same T that spends money on Quixotic acquisitions and senior executive compensation over reinvesting in infrastructure? The same T where employee contributions are ignored? The same T where nobody knows what the next silly project will be?

Did you mean that T?

Dude, put away the swish because it's starting to cause some serious brain damage in you.

Send it to Tucker Carlson at Fox, he did a story that cast light on Ts outsourcing stunts. This prompted that lame email from McFresh, cherry picking counter points while saying Fox didn’t have the facts. Love to see Tucker do a follow up, and knock that stupid grin off McFresh’s face.

BTW, T spokesperson said rebadged employees are welcome to return any time, just call HR.

New hires or future new hires should run far far far away.

  • - Why AT&T do have single points of failure?

As a major infrastructure provider you should have redundant links and failover capabilities.

Maybe reduce the executive bonuses and put that money where it belongs, in infrastructure to ensure reliable internet service
