I go to pay the last phone we have with att and I go to the web page and I can only pay 1xx dollars and it says I only have 7x dollars left to pay.
Example number 1 million why no one wants to deal with att. By the time they say I can can pay 7x dollars I will have only 3x to pay. You really cannot make this stuff up and will be the last phone I get from att.
Let’s say the pay off shows $100 and you have a current bill due. If your bill shows you owe $75 on the right hand side it’s because it’s including the $25 payment in that current balance that it’s expecting you to pay so it’s telling you the difference. So when you pay that $100 that the installment balance is the current bill due decreases by the $25 cause you paid it off completely.
the op is right - go look and try to make a payment on your phone if you have one they are always one payment behind and you post a payment for your phone say in march it doesn't get posted till the end of April. Not sure why they do this but just more creative account from Randy. His legacy lives on.
