I just got placed on a CAP for low sales numbers even during Covid In IHX in the west region. AT&T doesn’t care what we are going through. Unbelievable!

Assume CAP is some kind of performance improvement plan, but Im not familiar with it.
what a joke - your manager is useless and nothing but a yes man following orders to get his/her percentage of bad performers. att hasn't changed and never will.
