Uber has never been profitable, legalized ponzi.
Wow, Randall is making Uber cuts.
Things will be great very shortly.
att cuts are going to happen whether covid happened or not. if you are connected you have nothing to worry about if not then I would recommend leaving. the only thing covid probably changed is the surplus money amount and whether they will give you any money or not to leave. people waiting to be paid to leave think they have to get paid when surplus happens. folks they don't have to pay you to leave when they decide to let people go they don't have to pay anybody. the best time to get a new job is while you have the time to be picky and while you are employed.
COVID will have to drive headcount cuts to fit the remaining employees in socially diatanced space because you know the company isn't going to add space.
strategic cesspool execituon 2020.... in progress
Cuts ATT will do have everything to do with Elliot Management, their synopsis of our business and the recommendations they made, and the analysis and implementation by Morrow.
Ubers cuts are directly related to COVID19 and stay at home orders. Apples and oranges.
ATT cuts were already in motion pre COVID19, if anything it slowed them down, since they postponed 1st qtr cut to May 12th and didn't have a 2nd qtr cut. Expect Q3 to be brutal, will be interesting to see if they spread it across Q3 & Q4 or just rip the band-aid off in Q3. My guess is the later, to get $s off books earlier.
While I agree that Stinky will cut as many employees as possible while hiring as many from Mumbai U as possible, what the F*CK Uber has to do with T makes no sense!
Keep on focus.
Sinky needs to go!
Zucher needs to go!
The Board of MisDirectors needs to go!
