Contemplating retirement and I have heard that our vacation is prorated and I have heard that it is not.
IBEW21 folks who have left early in a new year, did you get to sell all 5 weeks vacation back or was it in fact prorated to 2 or 3 weeks if you left mid year?
Before the trolls start ... YES ... I know we have an HR department for whatever good that does, that's why I am asking here!
