When someone departs that quickly it’s for 1 of 3 reasons:

  • they left for a competitor
  • they were stooping someone in their org
  • there was shady sales behavior

Based on previous posts it looks like #3

Honestly how has no one blown the whistle on how shady AT&T is from a compensation and ethics perspective? She was a great VP and known for making her opinion known in a sea of white men. I pray for the day that hundreds of employees leak info on this companies sh– ethics.

She was well respected, hard working fair and lovely. Someone previously posted how well she was respected and I see it is now quickly removed and why is that??

There is no way a VP would be close enough to something like qualifying everything as smb. Try again.

not a retirement, and it was not just her. No reason to feel sorry for her, or any of the unethical "leaders" that finally got caught.

Replacement lapdogs aside, releasing a female VP hurts their diversity goals and public appearance. Plus, the official announcement was released on the same day she left...usually retirements get more advance notice. And it was the weakest, briefest goodbye I've ever seen. Does seem like there's more to the story.

Conspiracy Theory: She was told to fire a bunch of people during the Virus meltdown. She said she would not be a part of that and gave the company the finger. Seems like if they fired one, they would have fired a lot more...

I’m sure she got millions to leave plus all the perks!!! VPs walk away with a small fortune between dividends and stock options.

There is no VP in this company that should be felt sorry for buy the people that actually do the work here.

No one actually makes it to retirement here... that’s why it’s always shady
