So now they have us telemarketing at Trade St. I was wondering if this was even legal and are we really essential workers? Trying to sale you an iPhone over the phone? Oh and the IHX new training says "working from home" i dont remember my home being at Trade st LOL anyways they also want us to go to customers homes when it clearly states we arent suppose even get near customer houses. I believe only curbside but they want the sale on the spot so we are forced to go inside and take a selfie with customers to prove we went. I know it sounds like a joke but its all true so what should we do? Also, my Co Worker got tested for Coronavirus and came back positive so be careful...they arent saying anything because they want us to keep working...

I called it quits already! Today was my last day. Good luck to everyone! IHX is a joke.
I give the IHX people one more month and then back to the store. I don't see them finishing the year.
Us techs still have to be in homes so excuse me for not being sympathetic to you still being able to do your job over the phone from your pajamas and getting paid.
Better than being furloughed
I don't think your department will be going into customer homes anytime soon.
wow smh, yes i believe the whole "virtual dispatching" is just a slow walk to going back into customers homes. The curbside is pointless because if they do agree you have to go inside their home even though you're advised not too. but yea we're "essential" so who cares about our safety. PPV for the win......
IHX is where surplussed non bargained folks go before they are terminated from AT&T.
Next you will be using a tin cup begging for donations and they will try and tell you it is a promotion. Go get a real job.
Yup. I’m in IHX Las Vegas and same thing here. Being threatened to hit goal next month or be written to. Having to make cold calls on FaceTime with your boss while they listen and watch you.
Take a SELFIE?!? You have got to be kidding me
