Watching Chris Cuomo rant tonight and a CNN commercial comes on "thanking" front line workers. Okay so far. Images of the hero Doctors and Nurses - good. Images of EMTs and Firefighters and Cops - still good. Images of a Postal Worker flinging a package on your deck before running to the truck - uhm, okay. More shots of workers doing their thing - grocery, stock boys, truck driver, whatever.
So what was missing?
US!
The Prem Techs who work for you mo–ns.
The same mo–ns that own CNN and therefore own their promos.
Remember us?
The so called "essential workers" that are commanded to not just fling some box at the porch and run, but the fools that have actually enter into some strangers house 3 and 4 times a day for hours at a time just to add another Genie box for their 4 year old or setup a new TV they ordered from Amazon.
The fools that every single day have their 14-day infection clock restarted wondering if this customer is one of the 34% that can spread Covid and are asymptomatic.
The fools using their own home-made masks, their own gloves, their own bootleg disinfectant because even after 6 weeks of this war - all you can provide is a single bar of Dial soap that I have to drive 2 hours one way just to pick up. (Told my useless hiding at home Supervisor where he could stick the soap.)
Did you show us on your CNN heroes of the front line ad?
No, you did not.
You should be ashamed.
Does not your own employees matter to you in the least?
Would it have k–led your corporate image to show just one hourly schmuck in a three year old blue shirt wiring up a mini box?
You people are the epitome of evil.
