How will social distancing be practiced? Hiw will the workplace look? Will all employees wear masks and gloves to work ?
Hum! I would expect sick people coming in the office and not staying home.

Jim, who sits nearby in the open seating collab zone, had a cold 3 times last winter. He still came in alerting everyone to stay back. He's lonely at home and was willing to share. I left and worked from home the next several days each time. Just insane the unproductive work environment
Once things open back up the c-suite crowd will be riding on a private sanitized elevator and kept from the everyday workers. The c-suite floor will be kept secured and deep cleaned daily, their food will be prepared separately and all interaction will be limited to video conferencing. All air travel private and business will be by corporate jet.
They essentially will be kept in a bubble.

In a world where “your feelings “ matter all you need to do I say express the emotion and psychological distress you have since the Covid pandemic.
Because AT&T can not guarantee your safety (or even ensure they will have soap and paper towels available). HR will have no recourse but to allow you to work where you feel safe.

att management at att is screwed up. I left over 3 years ago and have been work at home since I left and have had one promotion and working on cloud new stuff. and guess what I am over 50 and can do this for another 20 years if I want. Guess what I am making more money salary and bonus wise than I was at att. unless you are a mover and shaker in att eyes you get nowhere and lost in the herd.
company needs a major shake up from top to bottom. too many relatives and who you know c-ap going on at the company. too much manage your manager going on which is nothing but bs.
We are followers. Just like we followed other companies well after the "open space" "drop in" "collaboration" type work spaces were proven to not be well thought out or effective, we will follow whatever the next trend is.
