Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

AT&T must Lower Prices or..Game Over

According to a new report from Waveform, AT&T stands to lose the most subscribers to the newly merged company. 28.8% of AT&T customers polled showed interest in switching to the New T-Mobile. 45.3 of Verizon customers said they were not interested in switching.

Agree with OP!

9 Mbps access with AT&T cost me $60/month. 25 Mbps access with the competition costs me $20/month.

Abysmal disaster. Stephenson is the worst in the industry. How does he keep his job. Easy. His buds are all on the board

Most people buy price, only a small subset of users buy the network. So they claim it boils down to customer service. That's the problem. All companies cannot offer products that at some point don't require an interaction with customer service. A good company would offer services and have systems in place that does not require customer service.

OP your math is screwed up, by your statement 29 percent of ATT customers show interest in switching to T-Mobile and 45% of VZ said they are not interested. How do you get from that that more ATT is likely to switch? Assuming the question was binary, that means 55% of VZ says they are likely to switch so unless you are unable to add 55 is greater than 29. You must be a democrat or a journalist that works for NBC or the NYT, but I repeat myself (For those who forgot, a NYT editorial page writer and Brian Ross of NBS both agreed that if Bloomberg had given the money he spent on his failed presidential run to Americans, each of us would have received 1,000,000 and he would have money left over)

Lower prices, no way, we are a premium brand and service. It is a privilege for consumers to pay a higher price for products and services that no one else is offering. They will be forever grateful and throw flowers at the feet of our beloved executives (no hugs and kisses due to social distancing).
