I really don’t want to be a Charlie apologist but he’s right. It’s his job to get the asset cap lifted for one. if he sees this disaster as an opportunity to build some good will in the community by donating to charities and let the public know we can’t do more to help small businesses because of the asset cap then heady play by him.
