How can you do as little as possible slacking off while being stuck working from home? Are there any tips for us newbies?

I find myself to be significantly more productive while working at home vs in the office. There are less distractions for me personally, but ymmv...
1 c—tail for breakfast and then a magic c-gare–e for lunch
Pretend you are a Senior Manager for Care or Tech.
They can track how many calls you take per day, when you are on a call, when you are off a call and they can jump into your call and listen. Just do your job and you'll be fine. If you want to slack they will furlough you. Means you're still employed but don't get paid.
Just quit then if you don't want to work. There are millions of people right now that want to work and need to that can't because they lost their jobs due to this pandemic. I for one am glad verizon is allowing alot of us to work from home. I have had system issues resulting from this transition period which is annoying and frustrating to me because I actually want to help customers and stay employed. How long do you think verizon is going to keep us if this pandemic continues? Don't bite the hand that feeds.

If you open your mouse with a screwdriver and pour a little water and put it back together they typically don't know and you're out for system issues...
Whats it like for a call center / telasales rep to work from home? Is it never ending calls? Or is there a way to do the minimal?
