Will they ever align job titles in groups? We have a group of 15 doing similar work. 14 of them have same title and 1 has different title that has lower pay scale. Does anyone know if HR looks at this stuff? When surplus comes around the person with different title may stand out

No one gives a rip.
Nobody cares. They will not upgrade that guy. Union can’t do anything about it.
place is joke nobodies knows what anybody else is doing and the titles mean nothing except where you fall for bonus. there are tons of people there that should not have the title they do.
