Exec compensation is not the problem. We have to many freaking employees.
OR. some of the executives compensation could be slashed to a reasonable amount.
Well Fargo needs to cut 20k - 30k people. Our revenue per employee is not in line with the other major banks.
I am a retiree of a major bank, in order to take advantage of Fed Reserve programs banks had to create the narrative they would not layoff due to the virus. No where does it say they would not lay off period. They have PR geniuses working for them (plus kiss @$$3$ on linkdin) channeling this message, do not believe everything you see or hear. Loopholes are everywhere.
The second to last time I worked at Bank of America they were laying off around 30,000 of their employees. It was stated in the news. I was just a contractor then and was also let go during that time period.
Re “we did” - we did? When? B of A has already let so many more people go than us. Our leaders would love to see us get down closer to 200k people.
We did. Check your facts before posting. Who am I kidding? No one does that before posting here.
