Let’s talk about severance. I was laid off 21 days before my 10 year anniversary with the company. They decided to pay me out only 9 years because I didn’t hit the 10 year mark yet. 21 days!!!!

2 weeks per year, maximum 26 weeks. Paid in lump sum. Within a month you move to cobra
what is severance package. Do they offer two weeks per year of service (or) is it 1 week per year of service?
Yea, that's the purpose of a severance, to squash any future litigation.

Do it without a lawyer. Fiserv wont even show up in court for 2 weeks pay and you'll win.
Same exact thing happened to me. Paid out 11 weeks when I was 2 weeks short of 12 years. Meanwhile FB brought home over $50mil that year.
