Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

To survive as a company we need to do the following

Three simple steps:

  1. - Adjust internal operations (WFH, remote work, paperless, video conferencing)
  2. - De-risk branckes (sanitizers, deep cleaning, protective gear, masks, thermometer, etc.)
  3. - Shift as much as possibl to digital (build digital products, move away from paper and phones)

The infrastructure can’t handle video calls at full or even increased capacity. The network would literally crumble. This was discussed 5 years ago and nothing was done to increase capacity for network traffic. Everyone wants video conferencing, no one wants to pay for network upgrades.

Um, how about addressing the massive illegal and unethical practices by firing incompetent and/unscrupulous leaders? Seems like that might be a higher priority than WFH
