Anytime you chat in with a support group now the wait time is like 5 hours and your always number 600 plus in que so yeah there is no one there working from home! (I am i and r tech)

You're exactly right. Legal determined we won't let India workers work from home. Any offshoring in progress is on hold. That in place already- haven't heard their backup plan. Unbelievable if they have no OBCP in place. At this point no amount of stupidity by AT&T should surprise us

Thus far I have heard no issues with them working from home. Those in our group started to WFH before the official lockdown.

They are working on work from home addendums to the offshore contracts. Yes this offshoring meets Murphy's law that whatever can go wrong will go wrong. Be glad if you still have a job
