If you don’t want to work under these circumstances, quit. You are free to get a job somewhere else. You don’t have to work under the conditions in front of you. No one is holding a gun to your head and making you enter that home you are so afraid of...

Very loyal American Airlines flight attendant and union representative has died due to Coronavirus. A 20 % pay raise is not worth it .

If it's not shut up and take the 160 hours paid leave. I'll do i think is best for me and take the 20% raise. Must be stressful having to decide between the 2 choices, while folks out there are getting nothing.

Too many individuals and corporations are acting like this is just a little hill to climb. 3 people in the same family in New York died from COVID 19. Money is not the #1 priority. Never has .

The expert medical people say shut everything down for 2 weeks - EVERYTHING except essential services( hospitals, police, fire ) and the situation will improve dramatically. 20% extra pay is not an answer to this pandemic!

Ummm..20% temporary increase, VS. The statistically possibility you get exposed to the Corona virus?
In my experience working for the company, they always plan ahead in 3 year cycles. And they are pretty successful reaching their job reduction goals.
= Less employees incapacitated by a virus- 3 MONTHS FMLA- STD= Sedwick bye bye.
sounds like a perfect plan..

Hey OP, greedy selfish people like you is what’s wrong with the country; how about being grateful that not only one keeps his job but gets a temp bump instead of being laid off and not having a paycheck at all ? Many are losing their jobs. Grow up and be grateful att is doing old by employees thru this crisis.

Hey hypocrite, I guess you are not using Cell, Internet service etc.... and you are not going to the grocery store are you? Those poor folks are risking way more for far less money in a most cases. But I guess you are so special. Ungrateful lazy people like yourself is an example of what’s wrong with this world. Do us all a favor and develop some integrity and work ethic or shut up.

Your not required to stay. Plenty of places asking for new employees. Quit whining and start being an adult and make life choices that benefit you. Christ you sound like a whiny 3 year old that wants a candy bar.

20% is still not as much as Stanley’s raise for driving a company into the ground!!

Hmm. I can get infected on my own without a paycheck or I can get infected while earning a 20 percent bump. Gee that’s a tough one.
