The U.S. population is about 325 million. The number of people with wireless subscriptions has maxed out. and most of us already concluded that AT&T has the worst customer support on the planet, while It may be that the number of people who will buy streaming TV services has not, but given the history of borderline ILLEGAL SALES PRACTICES & offers, I do believe many of US will avoid AT&T LIKE A PLAGUE.

true - you can tell all you want what the problem is but they will never admit there is a problem in the first place because stank and randy are always right and never make a mistake.
If they had the ability to track true productivity they wouldn’t be in the shape they are in. Perceived productivity? That’s a completely different rabbit hole they like sinking into...

He forgot that the Mexico pays in pesos. Once the conversation to USD happened he lost money.
Not so much their CS, but their made up fees. Once people figure that out they leave. Why pay more for a commoditized service.
Not a lot of comments about Ratty's Mexico Cell acquisition a few years back. At the time I thought the strategy was to acquire other carriers in Latin America and possibly other geographies? But that never happened. I guess Ratty gave up on expanding cell service overseas and decided to become a Media Mogul instead.
So terrible yet still paying so many workers. Wow, that just shows how incredible AT&T is. And some room for upside too. It's going to be a great year.
