Anyone else back to being told to commit COBC violations for sales? Just had my manager tell me if I didn’t want to do an improper sale, then I should hand it to her so she could give it to another rep. Gotta get out of this bull...

This literally happens every day. I’m an in home expert. I won’t say what market but if you look at a map, keep going left. I’ve been trained on how to crash the opus cart to get around credit issues. Someone needs to investigate.

You need to and are actually required to report it to AP as commission fraud. Failure to do so means that you are a part of it by turning a blind eye. People were walked out at some pretty high levels last month. You need to CYA. If any retaliation You can file an EOC.
ATT INNOVATION means deceptive sales practices and borderline illegal billing, since I can remember. LOL
sadly that is the culture in retail, then when it comes down to it the manager throws the reps under the bus to save their own a– from all the fraud. “ Ha Ha Ha, It’s all in how you say it. “ or “ Once they say yes, stop talking “ meaning don’t cover disclosures.
Charleston SC market is famous for this. Scumbag Jack O and Enrique n encourage scams. All the managers in Charleston are scumbags.
I’m not in sales, but I have routinely been told falsify my time reports for years in order to ensure my boss and the 2nd level achiever their objectives (make their bonus) and have been threatened with retaliation if we didn’t. My time reports have also been changed by my managers after the fact to make their numbers look better. You complain all you want, but this company isn’t concerned with falsifying company records or ethics in general.
T does not forget, they will get you sooner or later, so keep your mouth shut
Retail us in big trouble so I think this will be a moot point soon. Reading between the lines of what the C-level are saying the move to primarily Authorized Resellers is being expedited. They flat out said that many of the stores that are closed due to Covid19 won't reopen.
Report them to the authorities like the previous poster said. Att nonsense has got to stop. Don’t know why the sheeple buy anything from att.

Writer of the post here. There’s nothing to report, trust me. AP has been at my store on average every other month since we got a new RSM. Nothing has happened, nothing will happen. Welcome to AT&T retail lol.
Report it. Don’t let your managers get you fired. You can talk to your union steward if you don’t want to talk to asset protection.
