I thought wells committee to no layoffs during the pandemic?
This isn't new. These team-members were notified back in October 2019 (it's plain to see that the Notice date = 10/17/2019).
All states have them. Government needs to monitor this and this has even increased layoffs in all companies during the pandemic to avoid the companies destroying the country as well. Could be some get broken up and sold off.
So I assume this WARN report is something we have to file with the state of CA and make public the layoffs before advising team members?
