New AT&T CEO 2024 reboots his predecessor 2020 plan, and starts a NEW three years of cost cuts and layoffs,I really hope all of you find that cohorts those who are graduate in what is going yo be the worse economy,
consequences of graduating now are large, negative and persistent in a company like AT&T.

When unemployment runs out, economy will be so strong they will be kicking your door down to get you to work.
"As people age out of their roles" as employees benefits and pension get higher and the more doctor visits they become more of a cost to the company and time for them to go no matter how many micro, nano, masters degrees they have.
"Great time to be laid off. Unemployment has a little extra for you."
Except for the fact that once it runs out there won't be any jobs available.

T will always have a rolling 3 year lay off plan. As people age out of their roles, they are either replaced by younger and cheaper or off shored.
The economy will be great in a short while.
