We are going to peoples homes again and we need to hit our quotas again during these rough times haha and Problem is we cant get many customers to let us in (duh) so how will we hit our goal? They took away our 100 percent commission for next month :( What happens if we get sick with Coronavirus and die? Will At&t take care of our funeral? I lost 2 people to Coronavirus so yes im very afraid and yes this is a serious question.

The fact that they promoted that bumbling fool Kevin Davies to AVP should prove to you that IHX leadership is blind and dumb. Davies is shady AF.
Experts - GTFO while you can. You’re either going to miss your quota and get fired, or catch Coronavirus and die. The choice is yours.
IHX is the last dept where RSC’s, ASM and SM go to die. Shady Dept taking sales from FirstNet and BAT team. Or having a mid market biz person pass & activate 500 tablets for an company via a IHX sales rep. Scamming gas card for personal use. Nothing to be shocked about.
You need to start thinking outside the box and stop asking for permission to enter the home. Set off their car alarm or otherwise create a problem outside. When they rush out to investigate, you get in there. A little creativity man, c'mon.
I wouldn't want to do either of them. I wouldn't want some one to come in my home for a phone. People are getting sick and people are dying from this pandemic. You think people are worried about upgrading a cellphone. Especially with all the scams IHX pulls.

I'd rather have someone come to my house with a freshly stocked, sanitized, case of phones to sell me than go into some petri dish of a store.
You will be fine. Everyone has had plumbers, painters, yard crews, etc. at their hlise throughout the quarantine.
Get a job in walmart mobile phone dept. you will make more money there.
The writing is on the wall. They are selling DTV and the Pandemic all leads to this horrible division closed! The leadership in the Mid Atlantic is the worst. She’s the devil!!
IHX will only found new spots for their directors and Managers. It’s a waste of a department Tool bags!
How is IHX even still in existence. That department is so doomed.
IHX will be the first thing to get cut from the budget once DTV is sold off. Very sad. Jump ship to another sales role before its to late.
AT&T is very greedy and messed up for giving goals while the country is still going through a pandemic. Very sickening. Other companies are keeping grantees commission through July because this is not a time to be goal setting in the stores or IHX right now. They should be taking care of their customers and their people. However all the debt that horrible company has they can't afford to take care of themselves.
